Order Confirmation

When you place an order with goodtherapy.online, you will receive an Order Confirmation – this will be sent to the email address used to log in or the email address provided when checking out.

The Order Confirmation will include an individual Order Number and details of your order. If you notice a discrepancy on your Order Confirmation please notify us immediately to ensure corrections can be made.

Whenever referring to your order, please reference the Individual Order Number in the subject line of your email.

 

Product Availability

goodtherapy.online offers product for sale that we expect to be in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. Although the Website contains a feature that removes unavailable product from the online store, occasionally a product will sell out before the website is updated. In the unfortunate circumstance where a product you wish to order becomes unavailable, we will advise you so you can consider an alternative product.

Please note that products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Unfortunately we are unable to accept back orders on online orders.

Please choose carefully as change of mind is non refundable – this is inclusive of but not limited to all deposits, packages, specials, products and treatments.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Adelaide, South Australia.

How quickly do you ship?
We ship each day, Monday to Friday, hence depending on the time your order was placed, it should take no more than 48 hours to ship.

Which freight company do you use?
We ship via Australia Post eParcel which includes tracking and insurance.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
For metro Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, your items may arrive in 2 to 4 days. For other regions within Australia, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

goodtherapy.online does not ship product internationally.
